  The staff is not helpful at all. They do not care about the value of customers' time. I was once told to bring a certified copy of my CR to perform the testing. When I came with the certified copy, they again wanted the CR copy to be certified within 2 months. Non of the staff members including the person act as the manager did not educate me what exactly they needed. laugfs should at least display the requirements in a prominent place and teach the so called staff how to aducate the customer on such situation. Hope the management will take necessary steps to address the staff members at Kundasale Eco Sri. It does not mean eco sri has a special right to treat the customers in this manner since you are the only emission testing agent in the area. As a SL born company, pay respect for what you charge from thr customer !

  The tests were carried out in a standardized manner. Staff is quite ok in handling customers.
