  Great property, the rooms are very comfortable and the place is really relaxing. Service is great! Worth every penny!

  Visited this place on December 19th 2016 for our wedding photo shoot. Ideal place for a photo shoot. It cost me only Rs.5,000/= and I sent one of my friends on September 2017 they increased the cost only up to Rs.5,500/. I Recommend this place to anyone who is seeking for a wonderful photo shoot location for a cheaper price in Negombo area. This is better than renown hotels in Negombo comparing to their prices. Prices on their food and beverages are expensive( well, at least it does not worth for the price) and does not taste good.

  Partial between Asian and western guests , in which ways? In all ways. They prefer western guests.It started with a good drama when we reached but some how ended up with good notes while leaving . Warmth was missing in hospitality. It's not as clean as seems in photos. Showers aren't maintained properly you need to be tricky while having bath. Towels were dirty and back yard wasn't neat at all. Bathroom kits wasn't labeled properly so you have to guess what is what. The man who picked us from airport was a nice and friendly else all were rude and egoistic. What's worst than that when you're feeling that they're treating you like crap from the starting because you are Asian wow � I was feeling suffocating there. ITS NOT ABOUT HOW LAVISH YOUR PLACE IS ITS ALWAYS ABOUT YOUR LAVISH HEART �
