  Very good gym. It has some good quality equipment (Life Fitness for Cardio, Hammer Strength for plate loaded machines and Ivanko Olympic Plates / Dumbbells) Well maintained with friendly staff. There is a Juice and Protein shake bar as well. The space may be a bit restrictive for some. Need to bring your towel to use on the machines or rent a towel at the reception. Managed by Mike Chomley since early 2000s. They do a good assessment on you before recommending a workout plan and follow up assessments help you keep track of your progress. Has some good Cardio workout and Yoga sessions at the Entertrainers upstairs.

  Decent gym with a good free weights selection. Not sure about the machines. Plenty of friendly staff around ready to spot you. Bring your own towel. Recommended.
