  Poor service provided by the clinic and the doctor. I was asked to be at 3.15pm and despite the traffic,I reached by 3pm. Waiting for almost one hour and Doctor came at 3.56 pm peacefully as if she is not aware about patients waiting for her. She came and relaxed and then took us Inside consultation room at 4.10pm . Her prescribed medicine was meant to be at the store. unfortunately it was out of stock and asked to buy it outside. The worst case was pharmacy’s I visited didn’t understand her hand writing! 1. Please discipline your doctors to be on time. We are paying hefty amount of consultation and clinic fee expecting a high quality of service. 2. Keep change of money all time so you don’t have to make us wait or make us walkway paying pennies in addition after all making us wait for an hour without any apology. 3. Appointment time was given 3.15pm and as per reception doctor is supposed to be at the clinic by 3.30pm. Clear instructions to be given to your staffs about doctors arrival.
