  I have bought a Microsoft surface device from them and I regret buying from them not because of any defect in my devices its just that their service is so poor. They open the shop when they want they close it when they want, doesn't care about the customers at all. In my first experience I went to the shop around 11 o'clock in the morning on a weekday and the owner asked for 10 minutes to come to the shop but I guarantee that I had to wait more than 30 minutes for him and it wasn't my first nor the last experience as a depressed customer there. Said they import from their own shop at Dubai but really not reliable.
