  (+) point. : I did my 1st service (Wagon R FZ 2017) from this place and got a good service within few hours! Staff is friendly. (-) point : Althought they chaged from me for 4L of engine oil (Castrol Edge-11400/=), did not give me the balance of that 4L oil. (As per the information I got it should remain at least 1.4L out of that 4L oil caan after the use). But after I inform this matter to them, they promised me to return it in the next service.

  I see a non Genuine filter on my engine, and MagCity says, they fitted a Genuine. So unless you see it, it's not what they claim they fitted !!! Heard that this part swapping is a trend in SL.... If you think the complaint is a fake. Let it be. But let the readers read it. You don't need rivals to bring you down, your "part swapping" staff will do it for you. How can the invoice prove my case ? Because I never took a picture of the filter before I replaced it. Give me one good reason that I should share the invoice number, I will share it. The Detailed Review - They billed me for an oil filter more than double the market price. A standard oil filter which costs maximum Rs 1000 was billed for Rs 2000+. More than 100% markup !!!! To Answer your reply: Out of curiosity, on my next service, I checked what the oil filter was, the brand was "Sakura". It does not cost Rs. 2000+. There are two possibilities, 1. Mag City is intentionally overpricing 2. Or your staff is swapping the genuine parts And usually when I do a service, they put the excess oil can on the trunk, and at Mag City it was not there. It was my mistake not to check, but I assumed that Mag City would have put the excess oil can on my trunk. So I'm not even sure if you really put the oil brand you billed me for. If you did put the oil that you billed, then it was the market price, agree !! But the oil filter you definitely charged more than double !!! I have your invoice but not the filter to prove. This review is not to get my money back, this is to let people know what is going on !!!! To Answer your second reply: For the engine oil. I'll take what you say. But the oil filter, I'm pretty sure what I saw on the next service. Because, I really wanted to check what brand you had used for what you billed me for. If it was genuine I would not complaint. They are more expensive. The bill includes the brand of the engine oil, but for the oil filter, the description just says “Oil Filter”. I'll leave it at this. For the readers, if you yourself can verify what was being fitted to your car, then, you can think of being their customer. If not I do not recommend.

  They picked up my vehicle from my office, did a full service and delivered the vehicle back to me. very satisfied with the overall experience. Hope they keep it up

  Professional job. Their prices are on the high side, but if you have a good vehicle it's better to pay that much than ruin the paint at some other place. Iam quite satisfied with their work

  Good car service and car repairs. The engineers do know their stuff. Helpful staff and customers waiting lounge is also nice. You can ask for free WiFi password from the staff.
