  Poor service even they didn’t mention their phone number in invoice so they didn’t mention right date and time to collect passport and worst place I ever have been. Really disappointed 😞 please make your service better because everyone hope quick service from your company .

  This place is a waste of time. If this was a shop, it would have been closed so easily. First they don't have a parking lot. So we had to find a spot which was a hard task in the morning. Not only parking, wheelchair accessible entrance or wheelchair accessible parking not available there. Then we entered the place and I got a call, and there was a fat security lady was yelled at me, you must turn off your cell phone, I did it. But they can't force us to do that cause they can request it inside the visa area, not at the reception. That security lady was very rude and she was showing her petty behavior to all like a big shot there. I saw she was arrogantly scolded few people. And the receptionist didn't know how to explain about visa matters. Last time we checked they asked few documents to submit for visa. But today she told us many more. They didn't know the procedure. I'm really disappointed.

  Quick service given. No parking. Early reaching is good. Helpful staff. Overall payment for visiter Visa is 4815 LKR per person. 40LKR for application though you already have home print. Applicant need keep passport with application until visa processing finish by the authorities. Simple process any one can go without hasitation. Sinhala talking can be done with staff except English.
