  Booked a three night stay while touring based on the activities offered (mountain biking and walking). On arrival it was clear neither activity was available despite being on the website and in-room brochures. The manager was unable to offer any alternatives either guided or independent making the excuse that the guide had resigned. This explanation changed to 'he is in hospital' later. Contacted head office by email. Still haven't had a response. Checked out following morning and moved on.

  Beautiful place to stay Food & Staff were great Welcome by the manager was appalling made us feel that we weren't welcomed.

  One of the best Tea Plantation Hotel. Superb service and nice food. Ideal for a family holiday.
