  A decent place to rent a flat, and the one I occasionally stay at is pretty comfortable. However, the smell of garbage can be rather troublesome.

  That place is very neat and there is sufficient parking facilities for the visitors too

  Flats built in 1990s. Conveniently located though the environment is quite cramped and shabby.
