  It's a good place to improve our fitness. Staff and the owner is well friendly and supportive. But the use of equipment get limited when comparing to the price they charge. Becs we have to pay extra for a personal trainer to use more equipment than cross trainer, Treadmills and bikes.

  Ideal ladies only gym
