  worst quality of service of ALL TIME! never respond, notify when the job is done. took more than 2 weeks just to replace the top glass of A104 ( claimed to collect the product after 6 days) and poor conduct of customer inquiries. replies as if it's non of their business. We pay for a service REMEMBER?!?!

  Very unsatisfied with their customer service. The girls work as customer assistance don't even have a courtesy to greet the customer or ask them to be seated. They charge for me to replace an internally defective display even though my phone is under warranty. They are telling that warranty for the display is not covered though not any physical damages. They are cheating customers.
