  Great and quiet place! We had to stay around Colombo because of my hospital checks but didn't want to to stay in loud and traffic smelly Colombo. We stayed 8 nights and this place is absolutely amazing. It's in cul de sac road so apart of few tuk-tuks there is no traffic. The air is fresh coming straight from the ocean and there is a small beach 100m walking distance that is almost always empty. We had the upper room with balcony. It's awesome because you see the ocean, hear the waves And have a fresh breeze coming in while sitting there. The rooms are big, nice and clean and the shower is super strong and super hot :) the owner is a very nice guy, we spent few evenings chatting and got many Sri Lanka tips and advises. You get a great tea served all day long if you wish. For us it was just brilliant, we will come back :-)

  Posting on behalf of a family member: We stayed here for two nights during a wedding. The place was quite clean, there was wonderful ventilation because it was so close to the water and there was always friendly staff on hand to answer our questions. The caretaker especially took good care of my grandmother and would go out of his way to make foods that she liked. Stayed here with a 5 and a 7 year old and they enjoyed themselves at the beach.

  Excellent
