  Nachchaduwa tank - නාච්චාදුව වැව (මහදාරගල්ලක වාපි) is one of the 16 great tanks built by king Mahasen (277-304 AD) during his reign. Later restored in 1958 after flood damage. Good place to have a bath if you are visiting Anuradhapura.

  Absolutely amazing place to have a cool bath....and very safe environment coz it is maintained for people enjoyment....street food such as fried fish, wade, hoppers are available after a refreshing bath !!!

  Best place to have a bath. But the stones under the water are somewhat dangerous. Water is not much deep. Plz dont pollute this area
