::Poor service and unashamed responses to complaints by the customer. I was lied to three times about my wood being ready for collection, each time having to pay for a rental. When I came to collect for the final time, they had done a half assed job and I had to get them redone, taking another 3 hours. There was no apology for the poor service and a refund of Rs.500 for my troubles! Avoid this company if you looking for a decent timber merchant, in my opinion they are a bunch of cowboys.
