    Very bad service,,don t go for this,, i granted a loan and settle in advance before it matured ,, but they charged all of interest .. never go for this type of company ,,they are greedy about money ..

    Very low service. These people should more concerned about microfinace true meaning. Is this the way to treat. Blood money earning. Sucide and others domestic issues are increasing in the country. they should train thier officers, in a polite manner. They also should have the courtesy on doing some good to victims of these unethical officers.

    I also had a bad experience with them and not recomond to any one. Plzz go and try with government bank or atleast a reputed company..itz dificult task, but they will never cheat their valuble cx's. Dont go to this type of cheep, 3rd class money oriented company. This Nations lanka Finance plc always F**ks their customers.

    Very Cheap Service, Low class My mother has taken a loan under a micro loan. And its been in arrears only for two days. This rowdy type fellow came to my place and started shouting in a very bad manner. Then I complained to the Manager of him so called. That fellow started justifying this persons behaviour. There i lost all my good will about the company as this a well planned method of dealing with customers. I don't know top people of the company aware of this. There should be a proper procedure. These people should know how to treat their customers. I'm mean two days means nothing right. You give these loans to encourage people in small scale businesses. And put high interest rate on them which is fair due to the risk factor. But how they treat them like this is very bad. I will be informing all the relevant people in the industry. Because this is the first experience we had out of all other institutes which provided a good service so far. Either they should take action on the behaviour aspect or shut down their business on that category. If ay senior got to know this, please contact me. Very Bad & Disappointed. Arosha
