  Great customer service very professional, and the security guards greet well when entering. I came for a company formal document collection. It was done well with respect. I had a great time. And also i would like to let you know that this Bank offers following services : For Individual customers they provide - NDB credit cards. Privilege Select option for for the selected customers. Leasing option. Remittences. For the small and medium size businesses - Varieties of products. Credit Loans. SME Center option. For Corporate Customers - Project Loans. Working Capital Finance. Trade Services. Leasing. For the all the above there are many more options for your requirement.

  Horrible service by security guards to the baking staff. Security treats us according the vehicle we drive. This is a very busy branch and staff should be experienced. Quite slow. I mean, simply cannot depend on this bank if you're working on something serious.
