  We had dinner at this place and it was totally worth it! Great view, great food, amazing seafood, fair prices, nice service!

  Beautiful location right on the beach,comfortable room excellent staff, food and menu has plenty to offer and great tasting.Husband surfed everyday all on his own , what a joy no one to share waves with.People around the area are very friendly. Highly recommend New Bay View Villas for that get away from everything break.

  Wonderful location and friendly staff. This place has so much potential unfortunately the features it offers have been rather a letdown. The New Bay View Villa runs at $50 per night. The most disappointing part are the rooms. They are worn out, old-fashioned and most of all slightly smelly. After waking up we discovered a huge bunch of ants running across the furniture and some impressive big cockroach in our room. Thats something that just shouldn't happen. We would not recommend this place to friends.
