  Dirty and unfriendly. When we arrived at the hotel, our room wasn’t ready yet and the hotel manager said they will clean the room. When we went in the room once ready, the sheets were still dirty! They didn’t change the sheets and pillow case !!! I can’t believe a hotel could reuse the sheet on a new client!!!! Also Totally agree on the opinions about unfriendly manager. We arranged a car for 0900hrs. but the car was there with almost 2 hrs delay only! We complained and they started to insult us heavily Same applies to laundry. Delivery time was postponed 4 times to next day. Their behavior is completely different toward clients from online platforms because we can’t complain and claim refund through a different system as we didn’t book there.

  AVOID AT ALL COST!!! One of the nightmare places nobody should stay! If you dont have a prearranged online reservation you may face this: - They charge by citizenship - the rooms' aircon was broken but still charged for it. - The manager runs a jewlery shop inside the hotel where he sells absolut low quality stones for >1000USD and drags you to buy spontaneously a saphire - quality as bad as a simple stone for 1500USD. If you go there with your girlfriend he'll try to convince you to get an engagement ring and get engaged on the spot even if you tell him you know each other just for 3 months (which was a lie). "3 months are 90 days, 40 days are enough" according to this man. absolut INAPPROPRIATE & DISRESPECTFUL behaviour. - Laundry was supposed to be done by 8pm, was post poned to 9 pm was postponed to the next day 8 am. the day we arrived we organized a taxi through the hotel for 9am at the day of departure and tried to negotiate and said we found a cheaper price in town but the manager just reminded us that other drivers are unreliable, unpunctual, use old cars etc. the laundry was postponed from 8am to 9 am at day of departure. the laundry only arrived by 9.30am. the taxi wasnt there. by 9.45 we called the manager and he forgot (very reliable) and promised a taxi to be ready in 10 min. it took another hr for the taxi to arrive and several calls, which ended with being insulted by the manager and just hanging up. same his sons, working at the place, did. they shouted at us and were about to become VIOLENT. the taxi price was increased at the moment of arrival which we didnt accept and it has been cancled. DONT!! go there!

  The overall stay was very disappointing. Would not go there again.

  Great location. Rooms with shared bathroom are small but cozy. The bathrooms are very clean. Hotel claims wifi in rooms, but I and many others could only access it in common areas.

  Very smart looking venue. Very clean. The bed had a ledge which you hit your shins on in the middle of the night. Good amenities, however, when asking for coffee sachets there weren't any available. Service is very good. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast served in a lovely courtyard close to rooms. Good ambiance. Many restaurants close by.
