  Most overpriced restaurant in the city. Food is average and portions are very small and prices are ridiculously high. Service is not good at all. Can get better value for money at competitors.

  One of the best japanese restaurants in colombo!!!! The staff was so helpful and always come and check on us and ask if there’s anything we want!!! One staff member came and described us about the items on menu like how to eat or drink them , what are the ingredients it contain, what are the health benefits of it etc!! And good news is that they git 50% discount on weekdays from 6-8 at yakitori garden these days!!!!! And we tried salmon and tuna sashimi for the first time thanks to that staff member!! It was hell of an flavor elevator !!! Hats off guys!!!

  Very nice experience but a one trick pony with the fried garlic on top of several dishes. A bit more ingenuity and it would be top!

  First off, Nihonbashi is expensive and reservations are a good idea. I am not hugely impressed with their sushi, the rice could use more flavour, but there are certain things that they do very well. If I had to pick one, it would definitely be the pork belly: so tender and full of that sweet teriyaki goodness that it damn well trumps everything else. Dinner courses are generous too, you get hot and cold appetisers and your mains. The ambience is great, I love their indoor water features, private dining rooms. Unsurprisingly, a number of Japanese frequent this place.

  Very good Japanese food at reasonable prices! The tuna sashimi was some of the best I've eaten outside of Tokyo fish market. Don't over order, the portions aren't as small as you would think!
