  My all time favorite saloon in Panadura. Prices are really low comparing with other places. The chief barber is really great and he has great experience and choosing you patterns. You can have a shave under 100LKR and hair cut under 150LKR.

  Very good, friendly and experienced saloon. im used to cut my hair since 1990s my child hood.
