  This is the one of the Private Hospital in Jaffna. If you want take the usual medical care service. Please don't try any surgery here. Very dangerous. Some time you may lose your life. In the end of 2017, about 10 people had eye surgery. They all have infection & lost their eyes. After this issue, operation theater was sealed by Health Ministry.

  Poor management and administration. Management staff are not trained enough. Mainly profit oriented than patients friendly.

  Not the best hospital in Jaffna. It’s a privately owned hospital and they are expensive for bad service. If you just want to see the doctors then it's OK, but don't go for any surgery. Some of the doctors are good. Overall, service is pretty bad and at times expect long queues. I have personally observed during doctors appointment that some people jumping the queues as they know the staff / nurses responsible and influence is used. I even had an argument with them and they don’t really care. For the people living there, it’s a normal and they experience it in their daily life.

  This is one of the best private hospital with advanced medical facilities. The customer service and staffs friendliness is very poor! They needs to train their people to deliver the best for their customers when charging high.
