::customer service is "ZERO".. had a really bad experience with communicating with these people, where the managers cannot make decisions if they can provide a car or not, on the required dates. kept me for 2 days saying they will arrange the required car for me, for a agreed rate.. but finally declined, with out a proper approach. didn't reply properly for my messages, calls.
