  Good bank, Fast customer service at bank. Less crowd. Less online facility for credit card.

  Customer care is pretty good. But they kinda lack of staff. Earlier they were open in Saturdays too. Now only on weekdays. I think they are the bank offer highest interest to fixed deposits which is 17 % for 5 year plan. Parking lot available for few vehicles. Located in the middle of the city, which is a help to people. Also other payments like electricity, water bills can be paid from here.
