  This is wrong place. "Parisare" not here.. This is Mawbima Newspaper Head Office.

  The landlady at the Parisare is not to be trusted. We booked to stay at her hostel on two occaisions in August. During the first stay (1st to the 3rd) she was friendly right up to just after we paid her, when she started to be very aggressive about us leaving the room. The second time, on the 9th of August, we returned. When we arrived, the rickshaw driver warned us that he had brought people here before, and she had cancelled their bookings. We explained we had seen our names in the book on our last, recent visit and thus had confirmed with her. Imagine our irritation to discover that she had "let a larger party stay longer" and that "her rates had gone up" and that our booking was no longer valid, despite being confirmed, in person, in writing a matter of days before. We were travelling with a child, and felt like refugees, ironic given that the hotel is locate behind Colombo's branch of the UNHCR. In the end we convinced her, unwillingly, to help us find accomodation, but not before she had the cheek to accuse us of causing her trouble last time by collecting our 12 year old daughter from the airport during the night. Not that she had gotten out of bed or anything, but even the thought of it seemed to have upset her fine sensibilities. It is a beautiful building, but do not go here if you expect to be treated with genuine respect, or to have your booking honoured if it does not suit the proprietor to do so.

  Tintagel-a Unique Private hotel。之前是某任总统的官邸，家族没落后出售改成了小酒店。西餐做的精致，所有菜都值得一试。都非常nice。这里没有售酒的license,可以自带酒水。酒店处处都很精致，不浮华有贵族的气质。强烈推荐。
