Possitives: complete the jobs they accept very well, response, dedicated, honest/ trustworthy staff, owner personally attends to most of the cases, knows the job very well, usually upfront and reasonable charges Negatives: your repair might get delayed if they are busy (no work management system), they focus only on engine and other mechanical problems (body work and painting are not in their portfolio)
