::Utterly pathetic customer service! Gave a laptop to fix a hardware issue and was promised to get back by next day and even after 5 days no response, neither answering the phone. What a brilliant business idea is this; take whatever and chuck it away and once the customer comes to collect it after frustration, charge Rs.950 for (not doing anything). Does not deserve even a single star.
