  Super slow counters for some reasons it is crowded too. I went there some times back to open an account. I assumed the guy who was assigned to my task was new. But he was extremely poor at his work. Two passbooks were printed with wrong information. I thought the 3rd one was ok but then in a later day i understood information printed was also wrong. Withdrew all my money and never looked back

  Really disappointed on their customer service. There was a huge queue even at the self banking atm. After waiting for about 30 minutes at their self banking atm, they ask customers to fill a slip and go to the cash counter since the machine get stucked. Inadequate staff & service. There was no enough space for vehicle parking.

  Always crowded. Service is bit slow.
