  Manager lady doesn't know how to handle customer grievances/ issues. Think she's the queen and customer are slaves of her. Disgrace to the people's bank. And if you want to waste your valuable time best place in town. Each and every tasks are jammed. Not recommended.

  වෙලාව කන්න නම් යන්න කියාපු තැන... not enough parking and service worse than Gramiya bank. Better to drive few km and go to Maharagama Amity branch.
