  Nicely renovated. Very low interest rates for loans. People are bit lazy. Taking lot of time to do a transaction. Staff is talking gossips to each other and laughing.

  Very disappointed with this branch's service. Had to go three times to activate internet banking. First time i went they asked to download the form for internet banking and print it and and over the filled form back to them. I asked whether they cannot print it and give so ill be able to fill and give them at that moment itself. But the person said no and has to be done by me. And thats not the worst case! when i came back with the filled form the person who was resposible for handling internet banking registration had gone out. There was no one else to do the job and when i askd whem he would come back no body knew. So i had to leave and come back on another day. Shockingly that day also the person was on leave . Really disappointing service.
