  We had a pleasent time here! Friendly and helpfull owner! Tasty breakfast! Clean sheats , nice room's and THE BEST COFFEE in Trincomalee! 10 min walk to a nice beach We recomend this place to all of you!🏖

  Nice place, just 5 mins from beach. Very friendly and opened owner. Room simple but clean with clean sheets and shower (no hot water but you will not need :).Also they do have moskyto nets. Will recommend to all backpackers and easygoing travellers. Nice breakfast as well!

  Theepan - landlord is one of the most friendly person I have ever met all around the world. Rooms are cozy - not so many furniture, bathroom is quite big with everything what is needed. A/C is in the room and perfect working. Accomodation is quite new and need time and work on it but trust me - landlord will help you with everything what you need, he will speak with you if you have trouble - he will recompense you everything what you miss about comfort ( it is very easy accomodation) and finally, you will be happy to stay there and meet him :)

  We really liked our stay here in this new and really clean place! Good location in Uppuveli and close to a nice beach! The owner is really friendly and helps you with everything! Go stay here :) Highly recommended!
