  Membership is cheap. Gym has a lot of the essential equipment. However, not maintained properly as the weights are quite old. There is a changing room and shower as well.

  Well equipped and maintained, less crowd on mornings.

  Not best but good place for workout. Seperate change rooms for gents and ladies. Friendly Coaches. Most of the machines are too old. Im balances in mechanism. Low maintenance. Worth for the price.
