  Google map shows Sundays they opentill 6.00pm but it is wrong detail. I called before 5.00pm they said that they closed and disconnect the phone. Poor customer service

  I am a retired oldman .Thanks to Prasanna for their patience.Once I gave wrong deposit details and they deposited the amount.The very next day I went to Prasanna and met a gentleman instead of a usual lady.He redeposited me the amount and I am thankful to them always for it. I have been transferring all my funds using this and it is such an excellent service. The deposits are so fast and they resolve all issues soon.I referred my friends and families to them.

  Good place to exchange some foreign currency. Gets crowded at times. Convenient, as they are open till late evening. Visited today 3rd Aug 2017, but regret that they did not have any US$ to sell. They were only buying US$ today. Maybe they had a big commitment to someone to give US$
