  Specious building. The most expensive parking facility in Colombo. Lazy elevator system.

  Super expensive parking. Not enough reserved slots for tenants. Slow lifts. Poor support staff. All positive reviews must be from Parkland staff.

  Its a nice building and a good location. Generally the lifts are always crowded and you have to wait for ages for one. Once a week one of taps in the wash area stops working. Also the frequency of toilet cleaning surely needs to be improved. Parking is bit of luck by chance, even if you have a paid allocated slot, generally you will find someone else parked at the location. The lunch area gets crowded almost like the Main Bus Stand at lunch time, although there is ample area to improve on this.
