  Maybe I had to high expectations, but I simply didnt enjoy the treatment at all. It started a bit unlucky that I had less time then I initially planned. Thats why the girl, who suppose to do my pedicure, was rushing. During the treatment I realized that it would need more time and cancelled my appointment afterwards, mentioning that I would have more time from then. I highlighted from the beginning that I will have my feet cleaned (remove old skin etc). She spent less then 5 min to remove the skin. When I asked her to work a bit longer on it, she started to discuss with some colleagues (it felt like the entire staff) what would be the best to work on my skin. (Well, its a bit thick but nothing unusual and isnt that exactly the reason your doing the pedicure? So that it gets done by professionals?) She just recommended using some cream... looking down on my nails I didnt like that she cut it unprezise. I didnt like that she was massaging my left leg more and seemed to forget to massage my other leg the same way. I didnt like that she was using the same and only towel to clean my feet and to try them, etc. all this little things and the lack of understanding for a quiet, smooth and tactful treatment. Its fine, but not professional. Thats why I decided to stop the treatment.
