  I've informed two issues to this softlogic Samsung care centre, one is phone issue and other one is its charger issue which has one year company warranty. They repaired only the phone and return me the charger that mentioning it's in working condition. Again next day I went to claim for the changer and they replaced it with a different model which doesn't have safety mark. My original charger was a 13A square pin and they've replaced it with a 5A round pin. As one of the Samsung agent in Sri Lanka, this Softlogic Samsung care centre should more responsible.

  Highly dissatisfied with the service we got. The staff is not properly trained to cater the customers. This is not a care center at all.. they try to make us fools. I have make a complaint on 29th Feb regarding a phone which I bought recently. But no one contacted me yet regarding the complaint I made. But no one has contacted us yet to give a solution. One and only thing they want is our money , they don't care for customers..

  Great place. Immediately replaced my defective display and returned by next day itself.
