  I asked for a vegi rice and they gave me only with parippu and sambol for the breakfast and it cost 80/=

  The food here has improved from before. Its not the best food around but decently priced. They focus mostly on street food but have some options like kotthu, rice and curry, stringhoppers, hoppers, etc. This is open till late in the night (past 12 sometimes) so thats a plus. They also have cigarettes and a lot of other basic amenities like a mini-grocery. I'd recommend trying the Kotthu here. Ask for the Chicken deviled curry to go along with it. The place can get very crowded during the evening. Also they accept only cash. The biggest downside with the place is that their food runs out quite fast at times. On the flip side though, this is open during all days including poya days. There are very few places around the area that are opened on holidays. They have a decent service. They don't have beef and focus entirely on chicken and fish dishes. Portions are average and are premade. They also have a variety of soft drinks available from all the leading brands. Take heed of the crowd and avoid trying to eat-in during the night since it might most likely always be full. TLDR - a good place and worth the price.

  Food and service are both decent, if you are in a hurry for a meal on the way home its ideal takeaway. They don't have beef or other meats though, mainly chicken and fish...

  Update: owner changed, everything became worse. In the morning they sold old pol roti. Unfriendly young boys hanging around without serving... somehow there is sad atmosphere by now. Old review: Maybe the best sri lankan style street food restaurant in the area. friendly staff, good food, good milk tea, good price, english speaking owner. Definitely a recommendation, if you are around
