::I stayed in the cheapest room available there for 1200rs/night. It was ok, although I've stayed in rooms with the same price that were much better and also included breakfast. For this room, outside, terrible bathroom as well. The owner is a very frinedly guy that really wants to find the best deals for you, in order to get some profit too, of course.

::I just love this place. There is so much to say. Iβll start with those pretty pastel mosquito nets. As soon as the lights dim and the drinks flow, we all get dressed up in them for the big pastel parade. Everyone gets into it except that guy eating in his underwear. The big looser has to sleep out on the patio in a pink pup tent. Basically itβs a pretty straight place until the nets come out, than anything goes. Woo woo.

::Stayed here for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. It is very close to the beach. But you do have to walk along the beach q little bit before you get to a nice swimming place. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

::Sanju Beach Villa isn't the greatest guesthouse you'll stay at by a long way, but it is in a decent location, just a minute from the beach, and about a ten minute walk along the beach to the main bars and watersports centres. Theres plenty to see on the walk there and back.
