  Very friendly and helpful staff. I went there to buy a book for my kid, which was out of stock in most places and the staff volunteered taking an extra effort to find it for me calling all of thier branches. With their effort, I could found a copy from their nugegoda branch and they have promptly reserved the FINAL copy for me. Thanks team sarasavi. You are doing a great job.

  I went looking for a specific book, I couldn't find in few Gunasena book stores, and found it right away. It's a three storyed building with excellent collection of books. Particularly, Sinhalese books. Although, their collection of English books is a little bit lacking. Being a doctor I browsed through the collection of medicine and biomedical sciences related books, which was impressive, given that they don't specialize in that area. Also their employees don't follow you around and keep bugging you, like in some major book stores. You can freely browse through the collection and pick up the books you like. My major complaint is about air conditioning, which was lacking. Maybe it's just temporary. If they can expand their collection of English fiction I would have given a 5 star rating.

  Visited to buy required books for my kid who schooling at Yoshida sokanji international School. All the required stationeries were there to buy at a reasonable price. Staff was so good to deliver the stuff quickly.
