  Just ok. Little expensive. The room we had (106) had two single beds placed next to each other to make a double bed. They kept seperating. We checked out after our first night. Location is not bad. The management seems to consist of two gentlemen. One is extremely friendly and polite while the other makes every task seem mountainous. The A/C in our room also worked only on full power and could not be adjusted. The place needs a paint job. All in all there are better options at this price.

  Nice, clean hotel for a short stay. Management is not very helpful, but their one Booking-guy Nilan makes it all up by his kindness, great hospitality and service.

  Awsome rest house. Very clean and friendly staff. Walking distance to hikkaduwa beach.

  Well looked after hotel with good amenities. Great swimming pool, clean rooms, air-con, good showers and good breakfast. Conveniently located near the main street of Hikkaduwa and Hikkaduwa Railway Station but in a quiet location.
