  One of the main Hindu temple of lord Siva in Colombo and Srilanka. Fully built with black granite brought from India, including the roof. Good sculpturs on the black granite stones.

Also This is one of tourists attraction to visit during a city tour in Colombo. However You need to be adhered to the customs when enter in to the kovil by wearing proper clothes and removing shoes.
