  Visit early as possible. Always crowded. No parking is available but you may find some place near by out side.

  When we take a call there not answering poor sevice then we are blaming for the government the fault is done by the worker's in the office so please try to put good,experince and more worker's

  Willing to travel by bus route number 171(pelawatta-fort) is the exact bus route. 163 (Dehiwala-Foreing employment bureau) is another route. You should get down at koswatta junction when travelling on route number 170,190(athurugiriya,meegoda-kotuwa). If it is 174(borella-kottawa) you should get down at palanthuna junction.

  Sad & poor service comparing with the other government offices.. felt as if you are going to pay your money by force to them. Try to be there early as possible as their productivity goes down by the hour. Luckily there is a photo copy corner downstairs & will save you couple of precious minutes. Starting from the manager all the staff should go through basic productivity, courtesy trainings. And their under the impression that the whole country is updated with their formalities. So be informed. Don't make appointments on the same day. Good luck!
