  Booked their fitters in to do 3 days work laying my deck but they vanished overnight and left me with an unfinished deck to present to my new guests arriving. No apology Totally unreliable! UPDATE - The fitters returned on the new agreed date 3 months later and decided that they didn't want to finish the job after all so had a free breakfast on me and then left. Spoke to the manager in Colombo who was totally unhelpful & then hung up on me. PATHETIC COMPANY DO NOT USE!!!! They have all my money so they don't care. They are only interested in completing work in big 5 star hotels! UPDATE 2 - One of the managers and some fitters promised to come today but as expected it was a no show on their part. UPDATE 3 ( March 2017 ) - The manager & fitters arrived today but decided that they couldn't finish the work as the first fitter 3 months ago had laid some of the supports too far apart so once again they left without doing anything. I then paid a carpenter to at least finish off the gaps between the doors & deck which i had asked the supreme fitters to do before they left. SHAMBOLIC COMPANY! UPDATE 3 ( 6th April 2017 ) - Phoned today to ask for some money back to cover the cost of fitting the decking myself as their fitters no longer appear to want to do the job only to be sworn at by the senior sales manager who then hung up on me. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Once they have your money they don't care. I paid them a million rupees and half of my decking is still sitting in boxes waiting to be fitted 4 months later. They no longer answer any emails or phone calls.
