  A good campsite,The main campgrounds used for the President's Evaluation Camp held annually.Ocassionaly given as the resting place for the night in the venturer hike,Permission must be obtained by the owner of the Estate Mr.Nihal through the Colombo District Scout Headquarters for camping.During the raining season some areas of the site gets flooded.You may inquire about any specific details from the caretaker of the estate who is usually present in his humble dwelling right infront of the main entrance to the estate.

  Not easily accessible, but very calm and quite place.
