  My friends stayed there and I came for a night to visit and have dinner. The place is beautifully designed with taste, big rooms and the dinner they made was amazing. Only small feedback I hear is that the breakfast wasn’t included and for the price it would be expected.

  My partner and I had the most magical two weeks at The Kip; a truly special place run by Phoebe & Seddy, an incredible warm, entertaining and charming couple. Their hostin is spectacular, their recommendations were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.The house is stunning and perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle but within easy reach of everything.. The Kip is welcoming and stylish with good vibes, good music and lovely guests that came and went throughout our stay. Seddys breakfasts every morning were delicious and great coffee to accompany. Sadune the Tuk Tuk driver next door was very friendly, reliable and available throughout our stay which made getting around so easy.The cherry on the cake were Ruby and Delilah, their two beautiful rescue dogs who we absolutely loved hanging out with. Thank you for a very special holiday!

  Just back from an amazing stay at The Kip. Everything was perfect - amazing hosts, a beautiful villa and our room was HUGE! Loved every minute and will definitely be back.
