  Some of the worst customer service I've encountered in Colombo. The staff seem to think they are doing us a favour or that they are paying us to drop our clothes off... Extremely rude and disinterested staff who doesn't even care to acknowledge simple questions let alone assist you. On the other hand their branch at Chithra Lane is excellent. So avoid this Thummulla branch of you can because its just not worth the hassel.

  The place is absolutely horrible. They asked me to come to collect the clothes at 2.00 pm and I received it only by 5.12 pm. And this was only for pressing and not dry cleaning. The cashier was absolutely ignorant to the complain and the service is horrible. They have absolutely no decent customer service. We weren’t the only customers complaining at that point. Won’t recomment the place to anyone.

  I went there this morning to get some items dry cleaned via express service but to my disappointment the person behind the counter said "we can't do it". I asked him "then why have you advertised, don't you think you wasted my time coming here". He kept quite. I'm really disappointed as you wasted my time and money. Lesson learned - never go there again, even though they lead the trade they can't deliver good service when you need it the most..

  They have always been great. Been there a few times and at times there's a bit of a wait but their services are very competitively priced and also dependable. I recommend them wholeheartedly! Another thing to note is that a lot of companies seem to use them as well which only further strengthens my belief that they are awesome :D
