  I dont recommend this place at all. Very poor service. I ordered for a book rack and even made an advance payment. They promised to deliver the good within 4 days but never turned up even after 14 days. I kept calling them through my mobile several times and they never answered. Then finally I called from a land number and they answered the call. And the lady (Nelum) who spoke was not bothered at all. And simply cancelled my order and hung up the call. Is this how you treat your customers?😤😤😤. You'll are money pluckers. You get the advanced payment and not send the good to the customers. Not professional at all. Dont trust them guys. I actually met them at kedella exhibition at BMICH and they even gave me their visiting card which made me trust them. They are cheaters, donot ever trust them. I do not recommend this place for anyone at alll..

  Very poor service. Ordered a spring mattress which they promised to deliver on Friday but did not deliver even after 5 days. Had to keep calling them up continuously and they were simply not bothered to call back. After this I don’t even trust their lifetime warranty.
