  I do not advise anyone to purchase a roller door from Three Sinha as i am a customer who has a service agreement with them and had a problem with one gate and they wanted Rs, 24,000 to a repair the motor for which no details are given ( take it or leave it attitude) and guarantee is only 6 months. I think this is daylight robbery. My Receipt number is 1576.

  I purchased a Roller Door from Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd., on 17th January 2017. After about 3 months from the date of installation, noted that there are some scratch marks on the both sides of the Door Panel caused due rolling and unrolling action. When I informed Three Sinha regarding same, they came and repainted the door panel and installed some rubberized strips to prevent same. Also I was given assurance that it will not happen again. During latter part of 2017 I noted that the scratch marks are re-appearing both sides of the door panel with some corrosion on the places where the scratches are. Then I called Three Sinha service hotline on 15/11/2017 and informed regarding same. Based on my complaint two technicians arrived on 19/11/2017 and inspected the Roller Door and informed us that there is a factory defect and they need to take the door back to the factory to correct same. Since they were unable to do the needful on that day another technical team would do the needful. However, since no action from there side for a long time and I stared calling them almost every other day. After speaking to several officials at three Sinha head office and factory, I was told to speak to one lady who is in charge of service matters. Having spoken to her many times she said that they need to re-inspect the damages in order to arrive at a solution. Then another technician arrived on 20th December and inspected the damages. Since there was no feedback from Three Sinha after the last inspection, I started calling them again. Finally, they said that there are unable to do anything to rectify the problem of the door panel getting damaged but they could repaint the areas that have become damaged due to scratches. Then some technicians came over to my place on 06/01/2018 and patched up the scratches on the outside surface of the roller door and they said that they need to comeback on another day to paint inside. This is causing lots of inconvenience to us since we have to stay at home on the days that they makes visits. At the time of buying g the Roller Door, I was informed that the door panel carries a 10 year Guarantee against damages (this is even stated in their quotation too). However, my roller door panel was damaged twice within the first year and I strongly believe that there is a manufacturing defect in the door panel which they don’t want to accept. If the door panel have to be painted twice a year, for the ten tears of grantee period are they planning to paint 20 times at least? This is a ridiculous solution I believe. So don't buy anything from Three Sinha because they abandon the customer once the purchase is complete

  We have so many roller doors from three Singha and other companies too...but it's been 3 days now since I have been calling them 4 times a day but still no response. In my personal opinion the worst after sales services. Would never ever recommend to anyone. Very disappointed with response and still the gate can not be opened or closed for 4 days now. The gate is to provide you some sort of security. If they can't give you prompt after sales service I think they should seriously consider not to promote and make false promises that they will attend today and not come. Once I got a call asking if I was at home and I decided to stay back and then they didn't turn up. Besides it's been 4 days trying to get them to attend. On day 1 I managed to manually open it but couldn't close it. So if you live near the ocean and do have corrosion problems definitely don't go for their gate.

  They dont repair the motor in the guarantee period. After threatening that we will take legal action only they came and fix the problem. They wanted us to buy a new motor for 35000 rs and tired to make money out of it.
