  I am sorry for all these comment, l am professional 51 year old B.Sc. engineer. l thought Autoworld is Toyota lanka until they damage my harrier. After huge damage, they said ...their are only spair parts dealers for Toyota lanka. So they use Toyota lanka name board to confuse all the customer’s. Auto world broken name board is inside the yard, nobody can see from main road. l have complain to Toyota lanka they also told this is not a our branch just a parts dealer.

  you need to make a reservation to save time. Staff is friendly. The resting area and the hospitality is good.

  Came here (Pirelli tyre outlet) several times for tyre channge. Good supportive staaf. Comfortable seating area. It will be much easier if u can make an appointment over the phone before u come.

  Best customer care and service i have had period. Very attentive and takes the extra step of explainig things. Seen many comments here saying that they take longer and are less efficient, which i have to strongly disagree with. They take time to give a quality outcome and for that the time taken is fair. 5 stars

  Have been servicing my vehicle here for the past 6 years. Service standards not as good as before. Excellent facilities, customer waiting room ect. Staff courteous.
