  One of the worst office in Sri lanka , very slow staff with big TV with all the teledramas. Load of files every where. Worst communication with customers from bottom to management. People do their personal calls without working for customers. Seems like they doing all the things manually. After I settle my motor cycle lease they asked me to come again after one week to collect my book. This is good example why sri lanka took this long to become developed country. It's impossible with this kind of services.
