    One of the worst cargo service in Sri Lanka, operate with trainee staff, just to fill the initial forms took 20 minutes and doesn't know how to check entry and exit in passport and seeking our help to find them, waste of your time, Unfrofessional staff, agressive attutide, treat you like that your getting service from them free. Custom officers more worst then clerical staff and behave like worst then blue-collar staff. Can see the notice everywhere in premises "Do not offer any money to workers" however they don't bother to serve you without 100 Rupees (Minimum). Dear Trico Management, Do not advice me to write a complain email, you have so many reviews about your bad services to take action..

    Absolute waste of time and will not use their services again. More than 2 hours to clear documents and still waiting to goto customs to clear goods.

    Very bad experience and poor service. I had to wait from 8AM to 4PM due to staff carelessness with my documents. At last, They broke my TV and never apologized. There was an insurance when we sent our cargo but nothing was recovered. The staff took too long to respond. Unprofessional and very poor service.

    staff always giving negative answer,,my family in Kuwait,send some stuff to sri Lanka ,even your kuwait branch as well as Colombo branch staff ,not responding ,proper ways,,,when they ask when our baggage arrive to sri lanka ,,staff answer is "DONT KNOW" that is not good customer care,,. must trained them well.zero services,in future,, im not recommending this firm ,,for future clearance work,NOT SUITABLE FOR CUSTOMER CARE

    Bribing the dirty staff is the only option to get your things cleared at this place. Arrogant staff members and very poor customer service. Better to use some other paid agent to get things done! Next time Im going to film them asking for bribe and use that evidence legally.
